By placing an order, the client is considered to have read and agreed to all Terms of Service. Don't forget to check the Waiting List before you make any purchases!

General
The artist reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with the terms or is beyond their capabilities.
The artist is more confident and specialized in drawing female characters.
Order Process
Payment
Intern: PayPal, Local: QRIS, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, BCA.
Payment system: 50% deposit after sketch is provided, and full payment after the final artwork is completed.
Revision
Revisions are only allowed during the sketch (maximum 3 times).
Major changes after the rendering stage are not allowed.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Timeline
Estimated working time: 1-4 weeks depending on complexity.
Any delays will be informed to the client.
All Files (PNG, JPG, PSD) will be sent via google drive.
Usage Rights
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
Commercial usage will require an additional fee of approximately 1.5x-2x the base price.
Posting Rights
The artist will ask for the client's permission before publishing the artwork (social media, portfolio, etc).
If the client posts the artwork, proper credit to the artist is required.
If the client prefers not to give credit, it must be discussed with the artist beforehand.
Cancellation
Cancellation before work begins: full refund.
After the colored sketch has started: no refunds.
By completing the payment, the client is considered to have agreed to all the terms above.
